Application management
By sending us your application, you consent to SSR storing and processing your data for the purposes of the application, recruitment and hiring process to which your application relates. The information you provide in your application will be treated in strict confidence in accordance with legal requirements. Your personal data will be stored and processed by us in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Personal data is collected, stored, processed and used by us exclusively for the purpose of processing applications and in the recruitment process. Your submitted application will be processed as quickly as possible by employees authorised for applicant management. In the next step, the application is then sent to all SSR managers responsible for a position corresponding to your qualifications as part of the selection process and checked by them. Our group of companies takes security precautions to protect your data stored by us within the scope of the purpose limitation against manipulation, loss, destruction or access by unauthorised persons or unauthorised disclosure. These security precautions are consistently reviewed and revised in the light of technical developments. You can withdraw your application at any time. After completion of the application process or if you have withdrawn your application, your data will be blocked in accordance with the statutory provisions, currently after two months, and deleted after six months.

What rights do you have regarding your data?

You have the right to receive information about the origin, recipient and purpose of your stored personal data free of charge at any time. You also have the right to request the correction, blocking or deletion of this data. You can contact us at any time at the address given in the legal notice if you have any further questions on the subject of data protection. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

Deletion or blocking of data

We adhere to the principles of data avoidance and data minimisation.
